Experience of Human Potential Seminar¢¥s Adaptation to the Nursing College Students


Abstract
College students looks very healthy only but in their minds they have mane problems and only they have no chance to express others. The purse of this report is to identity nursing college students¢¥ subjective reaction about this human potential seminars.
The period of this program was during April 25-June 18, 1994.
We met one or two times a week and counseled for 1-3 hours per 1 meeting.
Our meetings were 15 times and the content of program was presenting life history, their merits and deficits, peak experiences, short-term, long term objectives.
This program¢¥s original purposes are to increase self-actualization, potential ability.
Specific objectives are self-affirmation, self-determination, self-motivation, other¢¥s understanding. Through this program many facts disclosed that college students had many problems and needed to train human potential seminars for their mental health.
Two students took helping from life crisis and three students had individual counseling. Their reaction from this group counseling was very good and beneficial to them.
